The humble beginnings of RS Growers Supply trace back to 1998, when newlyweds Roy and Robin Siemens made a bold decision that would shape their future. Robin stepped away from a successful career in retail to support Roy in building a horticultural distribution company focused on serving growers across the West Coast.

With nothing more than a fax machine in their bedroom and their home phone as the official business line, RSG began its journey rooted in grit, hard work, and a shared dream.

In 2004, their daughter Alicia joined the business after graduating with a degree in business, bringing a new energy and focus on sales. Nearly a decade later, in 2013, Alicia’s husband Donovan came on board — adding to what had truly become a full family venture. Together, they continued to grow the company with a strong foundation of trust, commitment, and connection to the growers they served.

The Siemens family remains deeply grateful to their loyal customers who have supported RSG through nearly three decades of growth.
